A lovely steakhouse. Don’t be put off that you enter via a sports bar, the restaurant is first class. Very friendly welcome from the bar/wait team. Offered the option of eat in bar, outside in garden or in restaurant. This means one great menu with three seating options to suit - nice. We chose the restaurant. The seating was stylish and the layout was good. Nice touch was the vertical garden. Good options available if you don’t want a steak. I went for the 500g T-bone. I thought if cooked with care it would be great value at just 58NZD. It was cooked to perfection, rare as requested, nice crispy fat and so tender. In some places you’d have paid double for this. After the meal we moved to the bar to enjoy some rugby on the TV. 5* all round to a great place to eat.
